Cernunnos Kravik Lyre - handcrafted Norwegian-style plucked lyre with an original engraved top inspired by ancient mythology and medieval Scandinavian music. This instrument can feature 7 to 11 strings, offering a wide tonal range and expressive dynamics suitable for both simple melodies and complex harmonic playing. The bowl-shaped body and curved arms follow traditional Kravik Lyre design, providing warm resonance and clear projection. Depending on the build, the lyre may be crafted from spruce, cedar, maple, or alder, each wood contributing its own character to the sound. Designed for singers, folk musicians, reenactors, and collectors of historical instruments. Ideal for Nordic folk, Viking and medieval reenactment, ritual, ambient, and solo performance, evoking the atmosphere of ancient skalds and Northern myth.
